We believe that real-life discipleship happens best in circles, not rows. When they are working well, small groups help to provide the essential life-giving elements that every believer needs to grow and flourish in their faith. Understanding this, our team is on a mission to launch a small group movement among apostolic churches and provide leaders everything they need to start, sustain, and multiply thriving small group ministries in their churches and circles of influence.
Across the nation, groups have the potential to create environments in which the unchurched are drawn into a biblical faith, find strength for life’s challenges, and ultimately, grow as disciples of Jesus.

Grow Through Groups is the small groups ministry of the United Pentecostal Church International and directed by the Pentecostal Resources Group.
Meet the Grow Through Groups Director
Paul Records has planted a church with small groups and served as a pastor, men’s ministry leader, personal coach, and author. He is the founder of a national nonprofit designed to start, strengthen, and sustain men’s ministry groups in the local church and has helped to launch over 50 men’s groups around the U.S.
